My Prayer for You in 2016

Dear Heavenly Father,

I pray that you will cover and protect my family and friends throughout the year of 2016. I pray the blood of Jesus Christ over us all throughout this year and that we all are covered under the blood of Jesus Christ. I pray that you will open many doors of opportunities in our lives and close doors that need to be close, so you may take us higher in life. I pray that we will seek your will in 2016 and remain in your will in 2016. I pray "that we may prosper in all things and be in health, just as our soul prospers." (3 John 1:2) I pray that in 2016 we will continue to trust you and take that leap of faith to do what you have called us to do, because "...faith without works is dead..." (James 2:26)
Lord we thank you for these blessings and we thank you for the many wonderful blessings ahead in 2016, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

It's Leap Year...Take a Leap of Faith

Words of Encouragement for 2016

I would like to share a word of encouragement for 2016.

2016 is a leap year! Let 2016 be the year that you step out and take the leap of faith to do the things that God has called you to do. Also, let 2016 be the year that you trust God and do the things you were afraid to do in past years.  (The things God had commanded you to do in the past.)

Step out and trust God! Take that leap of faith to do what God has called you to do, and do the things God has laid on your heart to do.

Remember Philippians 3:12 - 14 (NKJV) states, "(12) Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. (13) Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, (14) I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus."

Let 2016 be the year that you really trust God, step out, take that leap of faith and press towards the goal to fulfill the destiny that God has proclaimed for your life.
